GLENDALE, AZ – Pirates top prospect Josh Bell scored the tying run in the top of the eighth and 2014 Indians starter Adrian Sampson preserved the ninth-inning lead to complete the Scottsdale Scorpions’ (7-6) 7-6 come-from-behind victory over the Glendale Desert Dogs (6-7) on Tuesday at Camelback Ranch.
