There’s Nothing Like the Freeway…Orange
Putting a trip as memorable and life changing as the Greece Cross Cultural trip is seems like an impossible task. There were so many moments where I thought, “I never want to forget being here with my new and old friends.” There is so much information sitting in the crevices of my mind that thereRead more
Healthy Decisions = Loving Your Body
You have been so focused on school and homework that you decided to hit the snooze an extra time and sleep in instead of eating breakfast. Last night, when you were studying you reached for a can of pop and a candy bar instead of a glass of water and an apple. Making healthy decisionsRead more
A New Soccer Field
Hola Cougs! We have some exciting news around campus, a new soccer stadium is coming our way. The stadium will be located next to the baseball diamond, behind the Ogle Villages. That is the location of the field at the moment, but that spot is about to get renovated, big time.
It’s more than selling Mary Kay products
Mary Kay products have made their way into the cosmetic bag and bathroom drawers of women across the world. With sales reaching $2.5 billion, Mary Kay relies on independent beauty consultants to sell their products. Anna Hayward has been one of those independent beauty consultants since May 1998. Goodbye Spring Arbor, Hello Myrtle Beach.
Howdy Cougs! For some students Spring Break means going out to parties and doing something that goes against Spring Arbor rules. That’s not for me though! Students around here either head home for some much-needed relaxation and others headed to places all over the world for a SAU Spring Break mission trip.
Volleyball, Intramural Volleyball
Hey Cougs! It’s been a while since beach volleyball ended and 6 weeks ago, the girls got to start playing indoor intramural volleyball. It’s very exciting for all the girls.
Guys’ Intramural Basketball
Hey Cougs! The boys love when basketball intramurals arrive. The girls spend 6 or 7 weeks playing volleyball and that’s close to what the boys play in basketball.
Getting a Pie to the Face
Howdy Cougs! One of the Spring Break mission trips decided that one of their fundraisers would give students the opportunity to bid on things that could be done all over campus.
Lip Sync
Hey Cougs! I absolutely love to lip sync in the car. Jammin’ out to the radio or listening to my favorite playlist that’s when the rocking out happens. If there are passengers in the car I don’t want them to hear my horrible singing voice so I lip sync.
A Loss to IWU…Sucks!
Howdy Cougars! Indiana Wesleyan was next in line for our men’s basketball team to play in the MCC tournament. IWU was the number one seed, where as our Cougars were number five. This game could have been a huge upset and I know that’s the outcome that I would have prefered than the loss thatRead more
Boys Beat Huntington

Rearranging the Room
Salutations Cougars! The dorm furniture here is pretty sweet. It’s all stackable.
Spring Training
Cougars, spring training is here!!! That means baseball season is beginning. Baseball is one of my favorite sports. I’ve been watching baseball since I was little and so I can’t help but favor it over the other sports. The Spring Arbor Baseball team has been practicing hard preparing for their season to begin.
Me as a Sojourner
My journey through life began when I was born on July 20, 1991. When I was born I had a bruise on the bottom of my foot and my parents thought that I would be an athlete. At just three months old I went to my first Detroit Tigers game. I’ve been a fan everRead more
Girl’s Basketball
Hey Cougs! Every team hits a rough patch in the season and I hate to say it, but our girl’s basketball seems to have hit that slump. Bethel came to Spring Arbor just a few weeks ago and the Cougars tried to make a come back, but it just didn’t happen.
Afraid of Trojans? Our Cougars aren’t.
Hey Cougs! This game was postponed due to the crazy weather that hit the Northeast. There was so much snow around here that they didn’t want to risk having the teams travel.
