Hey Cougs! Every team hits a rough patch in the season and I hate to say it, but our girl’s basketball seems to have hit that slump.

Bethel came to Spring Arbor just a few weeks ago and the Cougars tried to make a come back, but it just didn’t happen.

The final score was 57-46 in favor of Bethel. I would have loved to see the score in favor of the lady Cougars.

Part of the reason why they may be hitting this slump is because there aren’t enough people out there supporting our ladies. They could use a cheering section.

I was saddened by the fact that there weren’t many people at the game. Sports teams could always use the encouragement. If everyone can make it out to a men’s basketball game and I think they should do the same for the women.

Let’s step it up and show our Lady Cougars what an awesome community this is and support them at their game against Huntington on Wednesday. I know I’ll be there rooting them on and you should be doing the same thing.
