Hey Cougars!! It’s college basketball season. That means that March Madness will be around the corner sooner than we think.

The Spring Arbor men’s team played Siena Heights recently. The game was so much fun. I loved being able to cheer alongside my cheerleading friends. You don’t know how much I miss cheering over the summer. It definitely keeps me busy.

Our awesome Cougar team defeated Siena Heights, 67-53. The game was really close at moments, though. I even got the chills once because I thought we were going to lose. However, I shouldn’t have doubted our men. They are really good at basketball and they know how to reassure me sometimes. Siena Heights was leading 30-29 at halftime, so you must understand my need for reassurance.

That is something that makes basketball exciting. The game can go back and forth over and over again, but the time that counts is at the end. And, our Cougars were ahead at the end of this game.

So, all you Cougar Crazies out there, I think that you should check out a men’s (or women’s) basketball game. I know they’d love your support and even if you go for the last 5 minutes, I know you’re going to see some exciting action.
